Holy smokes, this place is too silent!

I’ve been really swamped with school stuff lately. Physics is like the most difficult subject ever conceived, and jumping Jupiters, Mathematics ain’t a piece of cake either.

So this is third-year life. I guess I was too busy thinking about next-only-to-seniors-superiority and prom to remember the darker side of Junior Year.

The turmoil has resulted in an eerie silence of the blog—a silence I despise. If you don’t know, I’m a chatty person in real life, and not being able to talk about things on my blog creeps me out. Actually, throughout the day I’ve been trying to write about two different topics, but lost my mojo in mid-post. Still, the silence was unbearable, so here I am.

I want to take this case of writer’s block as an opportunity to remind you guys about Skribit, the little widget on my left sidebar (I think you have to scroll down a bit for it). Skribit allows you to suggest topics for me to write about. Say for example you’re interested in what I have to say about Plurk’s karma system. You simply click on the “Any Post Ideas?” link on the widget, type in your suggestion (in 100 characters or less), and then submit. It’ll show up on the sidebar, and other people can vote on the topic. I heavily encourage you to make use of the widget because (a) it’s a great cure for writer’s block; (b) it allows me to write about what my readers want to read; and (c) it allows for better interaction between reader and writer. So, if ever you have any post ideas, just Skribit it!

BTDubs, I’m sort of a tech aficionado (although unfortunately, I’m not much of a guru). I track quite a number of tech blogs on Google Reader, and here’s some interesting Web/tech news for your microchip-happy side.

Trust me, I really, really want to write. I want to pick up a pen and write the heck out of myself. I’m hoping to get my blogging mojo back, like, ASAP. I really, really do. TTFN, Dean.
